Eataly off 5th Avenue Manhattan last week Thursday - an indoor marketplace promoting Italian food and design. I had this bruschetta and tomato salad at a marble countered kiosk in the middle of the emporium. One of the freshest salads I have ever had and washed down with a Lurisia chinotto. Italian food really really only does fresh ingredients.
